Spiritual Videos with A Course in Miracles Quotes –
Question Outdated Belief Systems

On this blog page you will find five spiritual meditation videos based on the text in “A Course in Miracles.” Question old outdated belief systems and egoic indoctrination. The content of these videos is summarized below:

Video 1: What Mistake Makes All Truth Meaningless?

In this exploration of spiritual truth, the first video challenges us to look beyond the illusions of the ego. The question posed is — What mistake makes all truth meaningless? It urges us to examine the indoctrination that convinces us we are merely bodies, trapped in a material existence defined by limitation, guilt, and fear.

This is the core deception of the ego: the belief that we are separated from God and one another, born into a world of sin and suffering. But in this video, we are reminded of a higher truth. The teachings from “A Course in Miracles” emphasize that God’s unconditional love is not something we must earn. Instead it is an ever-present reality that we simply need to remember. The mistake that renders truth meaningless is believing that we are separate from this love.

The indoctrination of the ego has perpetuated throughout history, shaping societies and cultures with narratives of scarcity, war, and fear. We’ve been conditioned to believe in the reality of conflict and division. But spiritual practice invites us to challenge these narratives and reconnect with our eternal spirit. This is the part of us that remains untouched by worldly deceptions. The journey back to this awareness is one of self-forgiveness and letting go of the false identities we’ve adopted along the way.

Video 2: What Leads to Peace of Mind?

In the second video, the choice between anger and peace of mind is presented as a pivotal decision we make each day. Anger is a byproduct of the ego’s need to protect its fragile identity by lashing out at perceived threats. Whether these threats come in the form of other people, situations, or even our inner thoughts, anger ultimately disrupts our inner tranquility and separates us from our true selves.

The path to peace of mind lies in the ability to choose love over fear, forgiveness over resentment. The power of forgiveness is not just about letting others off the hook. No, it’s about freeing ourselves from the burden of carrying anger. By forgiving, we release the grip of the ego and allow the peace that has always been within us to emerge. This is a deeply transformative process that invites us to expand our worldview. It invites us to question the conventional wisdom that tells us anger is justified or even necessary.

Meditation, particularly in spiritual practices, helps us cultivate this peace. Through mindfulness and awareness, we can observe our thoughts and emotions without becoming entangled in them. We learn to step back and witness the ego’s drama, realizing that we always have a choice. We can engage in the turmoil or remain at peace. This practice ultimately improves the quality of our daily experience. It does so by grounding us in the present moment, where true peace resides.

Video 3: What is the Cost of Inner Conflict?

Inner conflict is one of the most insidious ways the ego keeps us trapped in a cycle of fear and judgment. In the third video, we are invited to consider the heavy price we pay when we allow this conflict to dominate our inner world. The ego thrives on division—whether it’s between ourselves and others, or even within our own minds. It constantly pits us against ourselves, creating a mental battlefield where self-doubt, guilt, and fear reign.

The cost of this inner conflict is not just emotional; it affects our overall well-being and distorts our perception of reality. The ego’s lies keep us in a state of confusion, leading us to make decisions that are out of alignment with our true nature. Spiritual teachings, however, guide us to see beyond these deceptions. By engaging in meditation and other spiritual practices, we can begin to quiet the mind and dissolve the inner conflict that has been holding us back.

As we detach from the ego’s relentless judgments, we create space for clarity, peace, and truth. We start to understand that the internal battles we’ve been fighting are unnecessary. The real freedom comes when we choose to awaken from the ego’s dream. At that point we can then embrace the peace that has always been available to us.

Video 4: What Leads to Experiencing Freedom?

The fourth video takes us deeper into the concept of freedom—an experience that is often misunderstood in the context of worldly pursuits. True freedom is not found in external circumstances or material success. It is instead a state of being that arises from within when we release the ego’s grip on our mind.

Pain is inevitable in this human experience, but suffering is a choice. The ego would have us believe that we are victims of circumstances, that life happens to us and we are powerless to change it. But spiritual teachings remind us that we have the power to choose how we respond to life’s challenges. Forgiveness is one of the most powerful tools for reclaiming this freedom. We need to question old belief systems to be able to have freedom. Instead of judging, blaming, and attacking, we can choose again.

By choosing to forgive, we are not condoning harmful actions, but rather freeing ourselves from the chains of resentment and anger. This choice leads to the dissolution of the ego’s control, allowing us to experience the true freedom that comes from inner peace. Through meditation and self-reflection, we learn to cultivate this freedom in our daily lives, choosing peace over conflict and love over fear.

Video 5: How Do We Get Deceived?

The final video addresses a profound question in spiritual practice: How do we get deceived? The ego is a master of illusion, and its primary deception is convincing us that we are separate from God, from each other, and from the truth. This illusion is the root of all suffering, as it perpetuates the belief that we are alone in a hostile universe. It gets us to believe that we are disconnected from the love and support that is always available to us.

The grand deception is that the world of form—what we see, hear, and experience through the body—is all there is. But spiritual teachings encourage us to look beyond this illusion and recognize the eternal truth that lies beneath the surface. We are not limited to the roles we play in this lifetime, nor are we defined by the ego’s narrative of sin, separation, and death. Instead, we are eternal beings, connected to the divine and to each other in ways that transcend the physical world.

By questioning the ego’s lies and embracing spiritual truth, we awaken to our divine nature. Meditation, once again, plays a key role in this awakening. Through the practice of mindfulness, we can observe the ego’s deceptions without becoming ensnared by them. We learn to see the impermanence of the world and recognize the eternal essence within ourselves. This awakening brings a sense of peace, purpose, and connection that transcends the ego’s illusion of separation.

Ascension requires questioning outdated belief systems, old paradigms and the collective consciousness. Immerse yourself in this process through these videos now.
